Wadi signs housing partnership under Sakani programme

Wadi Investment Realty has signed a development agreement with the National Housing Company to deliver 1,200 attainable homes in east Riyadh. The community will follow the same courtyard-first design language as Wadi Al Malqa Residences, with parks, schools and a neighbourhood souq within walking distance of every home.
